Mrs. Streich spent 9 years with Johnson Controls in a variety of financial and operational positions. She joined Total Mechanical, as Chief Financial Officer, in 2002. Mrs. Streich was promoted to her current position, in which she is responsible for the day to day management of the company, in 2007.

Mrs. Streich has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.
